The Pousada Tassimirim promotes small events and art exhibits. Among the artists who participated, were the singer and composer Xangai, and the artist Bel Borba, with his sculpture “Peixe-Carambola” now found in the main square in the town of Boipeba.

The fastest option to get to Boipeba is by plane from the airport in Salvador. The trip with the plane takes about 30 minutes.

A more economic, but quick option is the trip by catamaran from the port in Salvador to Morro de São Paulo, what takes about two hours. From Morro a jeep takes you to Boipeba in about one hour.

We offer the travel by taxi from Salvador to Torrinhas, and then by speedboat to Boipeba. The trip from Salvador to Torrinha takes approximately 4 hours and from Torrinha to Boipeba 20 minutes.
